P. Douglas Barr is Managing Director of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC in Lexington, Kentucky. A member of the firm since 1990, Barr oversees operations across the firm’s regional offices while continuing to serve clients in business litigation and intellectual property matters. His practice includes complex commercial disputes, employment contract litigation, ESOP matters, patent and trade secret disputes, trademark issues, and other business conflicts involving significant legal and financial risk.

Barr earned his J.D., with honors, from Ohio State University in 1983. He received his B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Kentucky in 1980. His academic background supports a practice built on careful legal analysis, strategic judgment, and practical problem solving. This foundation helps him guide clients through complex litigation, intellectual property concerns, and business disputes that require both courtroom skill and business-focused advice.
