About

Noah J. Kilroy is a Rhode Island and Massachusetts attorney who represents clients in criminal law, personal injury, and family law matters. He founded Kilroy Law Firm after gaining substantial trial experience and serving as a government attorney for the City of Providence. His practice includes criminal defense, DUI and OUI cases, gun crimes, drug offenses, domestic violence, homicide, theft, sex crimes, assault and battery, expungement, parole representation, post-conviction relief, Title IX defense, and divorce matters. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as federal courts in both states.

Noah earned his bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina University and his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. His education helped prepare him for courtroom advocacy and the broad legal issues involved in criminal, personal injury, and family cases. After developing his skills through public service and trial work, he entered private practice to provide direct legal assistance to people and families within his community.

Noah remains actively involved in public-interest work alongside his private practice. He co-founded the Transcending Through Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships and support to people in prison and those transitioning out of prison. His legal work has also received media attention involving serious criminal matters, including fentanyl trafficking allegations, a murder-for-hire prosecution, and parole representation for a person serving a lengthy sentence.

Noah J. Kilroy combines courtroom experience, public-service knowledge, and community involvement in his approach to legal representation. He has received the R. Kevin Horan Emerging Leader Award and has represented clients in complex, high-stakes proceedings. His background allows him to evaluate cases from multiple perspectives while communicating clearly with clients throughout the process. He remains committed to protecting clients’ rights and pursuing practical outcomes in Rhode Island and Massachusetts courts.
