Nicole Vette

Nicole Vette is the owner of Vette Law, PLLC, where she focuses exclusively on divorce and family law throughout South Florida. She represents clients in divorce, child custody, time-sharing, child support, alimony, paternity, domestic violence, and post-judgment enforcement matters. She also handles prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, stepparent adoptions, name changes, and modifications of support or parenting orders.

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Kennesaw State University in 2008. She received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2012. She graduated within the top three percent of her law school class. She was admitted in Colorado in 2012 and Florida in 2016. Her education and multistate experience strengthened her legal analysis, negotiation, advocacy, and understanding of complex family disputes.

Nicole has represented clients in contested divorces, custody disputes, paternity cases, and domestic violence hearings, and she has handled complex asset division. She provides litigation, mediation, and collaborative divorce options, allowing her to match each strategy to the client’s circumstances. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, she helps parties pursue workable agreements when settlement may reduce conflict and expense. When court action becomes necessary, she draws upon her trial experience to protect her client’s interests and present difficult issues clearly.

Nicole Vette was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2021 through 2025, and she received recognition for family law. She belongs to the Florida and Colorado bars, and she participates in professional organizations supporting family law and courtroom practice.
