Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Accounting from Mount Marty in Yankton in 2014. She later pursued her legal studies at the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she completed her Juris Doctor and Master of Public Accountancy from USD in 2017.

Nicole developed a strong academic and leadership foundation during law school. She served as treasurer for the Native American Law Student Association, where she strengthened her organizational and leadership abilities while engaging with legal topics affecting diverse communities and expanding her professional perspective.

Nicole practices in several areas of law, including criminal defense, family law, business law, tax law, property law, and estate planning. Her wide-ranging experience allows her to assist clients with different legal needs while offering practical guidance tailored to each unique situation.

Nicole is licensed to practice law in South Dakota and Nebraska. She is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association, Nebraska Bar Association, and Yankton County Bar Association, and she contributes to the executive committee of the Tax Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
