Nicola Gelormino

Nicola Gelormino is a Miami commercial litigator and bankruptcy lawyer and the founder and owner of Gelormino Law, P.A., who represents businesses, executives, and professionals in complex disputes and financial matters. She advises clients before litigation, during active lawsuits, and throughout bankruptcy proceedings, helping them evaluate risks and protect business interests. She appears in Florida state and federal civil courts and federal bankruptcy courts. She also brings nearly a decade of national law firm experience to strategic case planning.

Nicola earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. She earned her B.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Miami. She is admitted to The Florida Bar, the Eleventh Circuit, and federal district courts for Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She is also admitted to the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, supporting her complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy work.
