Neil Flynn

Neil Flynn is Senior Counsel at Horn Wright, LLP. He has more than two decades of experience handling litigation in New York State and Federal Courts. His practice includes complex disputes involving intellectual property, construction, contracts, employment, and personal injury matters.

Neil earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1996. He also holds a B.A. from Columbia University in the City of New York, completed in 1992. His education provided a strong foundation for his work in litigation and trial advocacy.

Neil has handled high-value matters involving health care, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and bodily injury. He has represented clients on both sides in over 100 trials and secured more than $50 million in compensation.

Neil began his legal career working at large law firms while studying at Columbia University. He later gained experience at firms focused on real estate, health care, and commercial disputes. He won his first trial within ten months of being admitted to practice.

Neil is admitted to practice in New York and federal courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is also active in professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
