Nathan Needham is a senior partner with deep roots in Pacific County, Washington. Born and raised in Raymond, he brings local knowledge and strong courtroom experience to his practice. Nathan attended Washington State University and later earned his law degree from the University of Idaho School of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar. His education provided a strong base in legal writing, research, and advocacy, preparing him well for a demanding legal career.

Nathan began his career as a deputy prosecutor in Pacific County, handling district courts, juvenile court, and adult felony cases. He also assisted with civil matters. This early role gave him broad trial experience and the chance to successfully take many cases through to completion in court.

In 2003, Nathan joined the Law Offices of Guy Glenn, shifting to criminal defense work. He brought valuable trial insight to the firm and helped strengthen its practice. At the same time, he worked to expand personal injury services, representing clients in a wide range of injury claims.

Nathan handles criminal defense, personal injury, estate planning, and probate matters. He leads the firm’s litigation efforts and focuses on trial work. He values listening to each client’s story and identifying the key details that build strong, clear cases that resonate with judges and juries.
