Nathan A. Hanning

Nathan A. Hanning is a founding attorney at Hanning & Sacchetto, LLP in Whittier, California, where he represents injured clients in personal injury and related matters. His practice includes car, truck, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents, brain injuries, dog bites, slip and fall claims, workers’ compensation, employment law, and wrongful death. Before founding his firm, Hanning worked at a large Southern California defense firm handling insurance defense and construction defect litigation. He later practiced at a medical malpractice defense firm, where he represented healthcare providers in malpractice actions. That background gives him insight into defense strategies, insurance practices, and litigation risk, which he now applies when representing injured individuals in negligence, accident, workplace, and other civil claims.

Nathan A. Hanning is an active member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in all California courts. He has also written on securities litigation and lending-related fiduciary duties and was selected to the Southern California Rising Stars list from 2017 through 2019.
