About

Natalie J. Sal is a founding member of Sal Sellaro Culpepper Legal Group, which now practices from Westover, West Virginia. Her varied practice includes estate planning and trusts, business and corporate law, contracts, real estate, personal injury, criminal law, and oil and gas law. She also advocates for children and families in adoption, child advocacy, abuse and neglect, foster-parent rights, and juvenile-law matters, giving her practice a broad mix of planning, transactional, litigation, and family-focused work.

Natalie earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and later earned her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law. Her technical undergraduate training and legal education support a practice that requires structured problem solving across business, property, estate, and litigation matters. She began her legal career as an associate in 1994, opened her own law office in 1998, and later became a founding member of her current firm.

Natalie represents clients on estate plans and trusts, corporate and contract issues, real estate matters, injury claims, criminal cases, and oil and gas concerns. Her work with children and families includes adoption, child abuse and neglect proceedings, foster-parent rights, juvenile matters, and related advocacy. She is admitted to practice throughout West Virginia and in the federal district courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and she serves on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Northern District.

Natalie J. Sal has held leadership roles in the Monongalia County Bar, including service as Vice President and President. Her practice reflects decades of work across several legal fields, allowing her to assist clients whose needs cross estate planning, business, property, criminal, injury, and family-related issues. From the firm’s Westover office, she continues to provide broad legal representation with a particular commitment to children, families, and clients facing important personal or business decisions.
