Natalia M. Salas is a Partner at The Ferraro Law Firm, where she focuses on multi-district litigation (MDL), mass torts, class actions, and commercial litigation. Since joining the firm in 2020, she has played a key role in expanding its practice areas, handling high-stakes cases, and securing significant settlements. With a strong background in trial advocacy, she represents clients in complex disputes across various industries.
Ms. Salas earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, served on the University of Miami Law Review and Moot Court Board, and earned awards in Litigation Skills and Legal Research & Writing. She completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University, magna cum laude, in Public Policy and Spanish, along with a Policy Journalism and Media Certificate.
Significant litigation victories have marked Ms. Salas’s legal career. Before joining Ferraro Law, she was Assistant General Counsel at the University of Miami, handling litigation, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property matters. She also worked as Senior Counsel at an Am Law 50 firm and at an elite litigation boutique, where she managed cross-border disputes, prosecuted and defended cases through trial, and secured judgments exceeding $50 million.
Ms. Salas has held leadership roles in high-profile MDLs, including serving as Lead Counsel for Plaintiffs in the Robinhood Short Squeeze Litigation and as a Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee member in the Insulin Pricing Litigation MDL. She also represents public water systems in PFAS contamination litigation, with settlements exceeding $13 billion.
Recognized for her excellence, Natalia M. Salas has been named a Super Lawyer, a Top 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyer, and a Lawyer of Distinction. She actively contributes to pro bono work, focusing on child advocacy and human trafficking victims, and serves on the Executive Council of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar.
