Nancy graduated from Augustana University in 1983 and earned her law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1986. Her education provided a strong foundation in legal principles, preparing her to assist clients with detailed planning and long-term legal needs.
After law school, Nancy clerked for Senior United States District Court Judge Andrew W. Bogue in Rapid City for two years. She joined the firm in 1988 and has developed extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, guardianships, and real estate matters throughout her legal career.
Nancy has held important roles within the legal community. She has served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of South Dakota and is a member of the American Bar Association, contributing her knowledge and experience to the profession.
Nancy also serves as legal counsel to the Bishop of the Dakotas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, a role she has held since 1989. Her work reflects a commitment to providing reliable legal advice and support in matters involving property, governance, and organizational needs.
