Nancy McCaslin is an attorney and co-founder of McCaslin & McCaslin in Elkhart, Indiana. She and her husband established a legal team that has provided legal services to individuals, families, and businesses for more than 35 years. Her practice covers business law, criminal law, and DUI and DWI matters. She has taught business law at Indiana University South Bend and served as a guest lecturer in Central and Eastern European countries. Moreover, she is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
Mrs. McCaslin earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law. She served as a deputy prosecuting attorney earlier in her career. She has represented clients before the Indiana Court of Appeals and has argued before the Indiana Supreme Court. She has also written for a major law publisher and for educational publishers in the areas of law, history, and government.
Nancy McCaslin has been deeply involved in her community throughout her career. She served on the Board of Directors of Elkhart Community Hospice, Inc. She also served on the Board of Trustees for The Stanley Clark School. The firm’s goal, in addition to providing quality service, is to help each client understand the legal process and work toward a satisfactory resolution in their case.
