N. Peter Antone

Peter Antone is an Immigration Attorney and Partner at Antone, Casagrande & Adwers, P.C., where his practice focuses on business and family immigration matters nationwide. He is widely recognized for his strategic approach to complex immigration cases and his long-standing commitment to helping individuals, families, and international companies navigate U.S. immigration law.

Mr. Antone earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1985. Before pursuing law, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with highest distinction from the University of Baghdad and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom. His multidisciplinary education provides a strong analytical foundation for immigration strategy and compliance.

After law school, Mr. Antone practiced with the Detroit-based firm Bodman before founding his own immigration-focused firm in 1993. Since then, he has successfully represented major international corporations, professionals, families, and individuals in a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, both domestically and abroad. His current work emphasizes skills-based immigration strategies while serving as managing partner of the firm’s general immigration practice.

In addition to private practice, Mr. Antone is a former adjunct professor of Immigration Law at Michigan State University College of Law. He is a frequent commentator on immigration issues and regularly participates in seminars, public policy panels, business workshops, and television interviews related to immigration law and policy.

Peter Antone is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Michigan and Federal Bars. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, is listed in Marquis Who’s Who in American Law, and has been recognized consistently as a Super Lawyer and DBusiness Top Lawyer. He is also included in Who’s Who Legal Corporate Immigration, reflecting peer recognition for leadership in the field.
