N. Daniel Lovein

N. Daniel Lovein represents businesses, insurers, public entities, medical providers, employers, educators, and property owners in a wide range of civil defense matters. His practice includes workers’ compensation defense, premises liability, medical malpractice, real estate, school law, local government law, labor and employment, and related litigation throughout Georgia and beyond.

Mr. Lovein’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, earned in 1994, and a Juris Doctor from Mercer University, earned in 1997. That education supports his practical approach to complex disputes involving institutional clients, regulated workplaces, healthcare providers, and public-sector responsibilities, grounded in sound legal judgment. Since being admitted to the Georgia bar in 1997, he has built a career focused on careful defense strategy and responsive client service.

In school law, Mr. Lovein has served as local counsel for the Professional Association of Georgia Educators, defending and assisting educators facing adverse employment action.
