Montana Crow

Montana Crow is a Veterans Disability Attorney at Berry Law in Omaha, Nebraska. Crow focuses on Veterans disability claims and appeals. She represents Veterans at the Regional Office level, before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Her work includes service-connection issues, increased ratings, and earlier effective dates, with an emphasis on clear client communication and thorough claim development.

Crow earned a B.S. in Public Relations from Iowa State University in May 2017 and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in May 2020. At Creighton, she received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Research and Writing III, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Criminal Law and served as Senior Lead Articles Editor for the Creighton Law Review.

Crow leads a team of attorneys and case managers within Berry Law’s Veterans disability practice and also directs the firm’s Summer Associate Internship Program. Her background includes policy-related work that exposed her to federal bureaucratic processes before she entered practice. She uses that perspective when preparing appeals, evaluating records, presenting legal arguments, and helping Veterans understand how claims move through the VA system and appellate review.

Crow is admitted in Nebraska, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Her recent recognition includes client-choice distinctions and service in the Nebraska State Bar Association Leadership Academy. Montana Crow combines appellate advocacy, team leadership, and Veterans-focused representation in a practice devoted to navigating the federal disability-benefits system.
