Molly A. Myers

Molly A. Myers is a director and shareholder at Dain Torpy, where she focuses on commercial real estate matters. Her work includes acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. She manages survey and title reviews, drafts curative documents, and negotiates title insurance coverage while guiding clients through complex real estate transactions with clarity.

Molly earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2014 and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Kent State University in 2011. During law school, she completed the Summer Study of Law and Labor Law Clinical Programs in Beijing, China, gaining valuable legal and international experience.

Molly has strong experience coordinating real estate closings, including reviewing settlement statements and managing funding and disbursements. She represents borrowers in construction financing matters and regularly drafts and negotiates leases, amendments, assignments, estoppel certificates, and subordination agreements for a wide range of commercial real estate projects.

Molly began her legal career as an Associate at Leech Tishman in Pittsburgh. There, she was part of the Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups, focusing on real estate and business law. This experience helped her develop a practical approach to managing transactions and effectively addressing client goals.

Molly has handled many representative matters, including advising developers and landlords in acquisitions, leasing, and credit facilities for retail projects. She has worked on mixed-use developments, industrial property deals, and bankruptcy asset purchases. She also assisted with pipeline easement acquisitions and nonprofit property approval processes.

Molly A. Myers has earned recognition for her work in real estate law. She was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2021 to 2023 and rated a Top Lawyer by Boston Magazine in 2023 and 2024.
