Mollie C. McGraw

Mollie C. McGraw is an accomplished trial attorney dedicated to representing plaintiffs in civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights violations, insurance disputes, and medical malpractice. Practicing in both state and federal courts, she fights for individuals and families harmed by corporations, government entities, and insurance companies. With a reputation for strong advocacy, she has secured significant jury verdicts for her clients, holding wrongdoers accountable.

McGraw earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2006. Before law school, she studied journalism and American history at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 2001.

McGraw’s background in investigative journalism and work on the Innocence Project sharpened her ability to uncover facts, build persuasive cases, and present compelling legal arguments. During law school, she clerked for the ACLU of Texas’s FairDefense Project, contributing to a case that reached the U.S. Supreme Court, strengthening protections under the Sixth Amendment.

McGraw has achieved numerous landmark verdicts, including a $52.8 million insurance bad faith case and a $44 million civil rights verdict. She has successfully argued cases before the New Mexico Supreme Court and remains committed to advocating for victims of negligence and misconduct. As the founding partner of McGraw Law, LLC, she has built a firm that focuses entirely on representing those harmed by the wrongful acts of others.

A leader in the legal community, Mollie C. McGraw served as President of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, playing a key role in passing the New Mexico Civil Rights Act. She is also an Emerge New Mexico board member and serves on the editorial advisory board for Trial Guides. Recognized for her excellence, she has been named Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.
