Michele Procino-Wells

Michele Procino-Wells is an elder law attorney and the founder of Procino-Wells & Woodland, LLC in Seaford, Delaware. She focuses her practice on helping families plan for the future through estate planning, long-term care planning, and legal guidance designed to protect family assets.

Michele studied at Penn State University before continuing her legal education at Widener University School of Law and Villanova University School of Law. After completing her studies, she returned to Delaware to build a legal career serving individuals and families in her community.

Michele began her legal career with the law firm Schmittinger & Rodriguez in Dover in 1995. In 1998, she joined a Georgetown firm that later became known as Smith, O’Donnell, Procino & Berl, LLP, where she continued to develop her legal experience.

Michele opened her own office in Seaford in 2005, establishing the firm now known as Procino-Wells & Woodland, LLC. The office is located in a renovated historic home that reflects the firm’s commitment to honoring family heritage while helping future generations.

Michele focuses her practice on elder law, assisting families with wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. She also helps clients plan for long-term care costs and guides families through the administration of estates following the loss of a loved one.

Michele Procino-Wells is active in professional and community organizations. She is a member of WealthCounsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Care Planning Council, and the Elder Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. She lives in Sussex County with her family and remains closely connected to the community she serves.
