Michael W. Vogel

Michael W. Vogel is the founder of Vogel Law Firm, Ltd. and focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, taxation, corporate matters, and real estate. He established the firm in 2003 after practicing with another Janesville law firm. His estate practice ranges from straightforward wills to complex estate and gift tax planning, with work designed around the needs of families, property owners, and business clients.

Vogel earned a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1994, with a minor in History. He graduated from Regent Law School in 1996 and served on the Regent Law Review staff. His education and writing experience support a practice involving detailed planning documents, tax considerations, property interests, and legal structures for estates and businesses.
