Michael Sabers

Michael Sabers is a partner at Loos, Sabers & Smith LLP in Rapid City, South Dakota. He has more than two decades of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on family law, commercial disputes, shareholder conflicts, and business litigation. Sabers represents professionals, business owners, ranchers, farmers, and other clients in cases involving substantial property, financial interests, business relationships, and contested family matters. Sabers earned a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Saint John’s University in 1997 and a J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2000. He served as managing editor of the South Dakota Law Review. After law school, he clerked for Justice Steven Zinter.
