Michael R. Levin

Michael R. Levin is a highly skilled trial attorney with extensive experience in complex business disputes. Over the course of his career, he has served as lead counsel in more than 60 trials and arbitrations, successfully representing clients across various industries. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, strongly emphasizing real estate and intellectual property matters. Michael regularly works with clients in the aerospace, manufacturing, real estate development, and healthcare industries. Additionally, he has significant experience handling professional liability cases for attorneys and accountants, as well as partnership disputes.

Michael earned his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1979. He then obtained his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1982, graduating with honors. During law school, he served as Title Standards Editor for the University of Florida Law Review, further refining his legal research and writing skills.

Michael is licensed to practice law in Florida and has argued in numerous appellate courts, including all Florida appellate courts, the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, and courts in multiple other states. He has appeared in more than 75 appellate cases, demonstrating his expertise in both trial and appellate litigation.

Throughout his career, Michael has represented many clients in high-profile legal matters. He has successfully defended real estate developers in contract disputes, protected patent holders in intellectual property cases, and advised businesses on commercial litigation strategies. His work has resulted in favorable verdicts in cases involving trade secrets, fraud claims, partnership disputes, and trademark enforcement.
