Michael K. Hoverson

Michael K. Hoverson is the founder of Hoverson Law Offices, where he has dedicated over 38 years to helping individuals, consumers, and small businesses overcome financial challenges. His practice includes bankruptcy, debt consolidation, consumer protection, litigation, and student loan debt relief.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of North Dakota and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1986, graduating in the top twenty percent of his class.

As an experienced Minnesota bankruptcy and student loan attorney, Michael offers customized legal strategies designed around each client’s unique financial challenges.
