Michael H. Fienman

Michael H. Fienman is an accomplished criminal defense and professional license defense attorney representing clients in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester counties. He is known for his passionate defense of individuals facing criminal and traffic charges in state court, federal court, and before administrative agencies.

Michael began his academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI, where he was honored with a place on the Dean’s List for his superior academic achievements. During law school, he clerked for a prominent Detroit law firm and found his true calling in courtroom defense.

Before establishing his exclusive criminal law practice, Michael worked in general litigation, handling partnership disputes, collection actions, personal injury, probate matters, and criminal defense. His passion and success in criminal law led him to concentrate fully on defending clients charged with DUI offenses, weapons crimes, and juvenile offenses.

Michael is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
