Michael Baudinet

Michael A. Baudinet is a brief-writing attorney at Dolman Law Group. He supports complex plaintiff-side litigation through strategic legal research, persuasive writing, and issue-focused advocacy. Michael earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. His education helped prepare him for complex litigation, federal court practice, legal research, persuasive brief writing, regulatory matters, and careful issue analysis in demanding legal cases for clients.

Michael brings more than a decade of experience in high-stakes litigation. Before joining Dolman Law, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Virginia. In that role, he directed investigations and prosecutions involving white-collar crime, complex fraud, cybercrime, environmental crime, racketeering, and other serious federal legal matters.

As an Assistant United States Attorney, Michael also briefed and argued cases before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. This appellate work strengthened his ability to focus on key issues, build clear legal arguments, and present complex matters in a way courts can understand, review, and evaluate with care.

Before his work at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Michael practiced at a large international law firm. He focused on complex litigation and regulatory investigations. He represented clients in matters involving the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and other major government regulators today.

Michael also conducted internal investigations and litigated complex disputes in federal and state courts. His background gives him experience with detailed records, high-pressure claims, and careful case strategy. At Dolman Law Group, he uses that experience to support complex plaintiff-side litigation with focused written advocacy for clients today.
