Meredith Hubbard

Meredith Hubbard is a highly experienced litigator who has been representing individuals and corporations in North Carolina and South Carolina since 2008. She has built a strong reputation for her meticulous approach to criminal defense, administrative law, and crisis management.

Meredith has extensive experience handling complex cases in state and federal courts, including criminal investigations, Title IX proceedings, and professional licensing matters. She founded Hubbard Law Firm in 2022, where she continues to provide strategic legal representation for individuals and businesses facing legal challenges.

Meredith earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, before obtaining her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina (since 2008) and South Carolina (since 2009). Additionally, she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
