Melissa L. Kelso

Melissa L. Kelso is the managing member of Kelso Law, LLC in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She advises businesses, municipalities, property owners, individuals, and families on labor and employment matters, municipal law, business and commercial transactions, real estate, and estate planning and administration. Her practice helps clients address workplace requirements, structure agreements, complete property matters, plan for future needs, and resolve legal concerns with clear, practical guidance.

Kelso earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2009 and a B.A. in Political Science from King’s College in 2006. She is admitted in Pennsylvania and before the US Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the federal district courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
