Megan P. Gable

Megan P. Gable is a civil litigator and a partner at Ferrara & Gable, LLC, whose practice focuses on personal injury law matters arising from vehicle accidents, nursing home and long-term care abuse, worksite injuries, and premises liability claims. She represents injured clients in complex personal injury litigation and uses prior experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She devotes her entire practice to litigation. Megan earned her J.D. from Temple University in 2014. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Temple University in 2006. She received law school honors for oral advocacy and served as a student senator and teaching assistant for Integrated Trial Advocacy. She was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2014, and she later gained admission to the New York bar in 2022.

Megan is active in professional organizations and legal education. She has belonged to the New Jersey Association for Justice since 2014 and served as co-chair of its Civil Practice Committee in 2023. She also belongs to state, county, and national bar and trial-lawyer organizations. She speaks at seminars for attorneys on trial strategy, ethics, auto injury litigation, premises liability, and professional responsibility. She also contributes to legal publications and programs.
