Meg Simonian

Meg Simonian is a leading trial lawyer in Alaska, known for her outstanding work in medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and complex litigation. With over 20 years of courtroom experience, Meg has secured some of the largest verdicts and settlements in Alaska’s history. Her work is driven by a commitment to justice and a passion for helping clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Meg earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1997. She holds a B.A. in English Literature, magna cum laude, from the University of Alaska Anchorage (1992). She also completed trial training at Mercer Law School’s National Criminal Defense College in 2000.

Meg began her legal career as a law clerk for the Anchorage Superior Court before serving as a felony trial lawyer with the Alaska Public Defender Agency and the Office of Public Advocacy. These early roles helped her develop strong courtroom skills and a fearless approach to advocacy. She later transitioned to civil litigation at Friedman Rubin, representing clients harmed by insurance bad faith.

As a shareholder at Dillon Findley & Simonian, P.C., Meg represents individuals in high-stakes cases involving medical errors, serious injuries, and wrongful conduct. Her sharp legal mind and compassionate approach make her a powerful advocate. She is known for telling her clients’ stories with strength and clarity, ensuring their voices are heard in court.
