Meaghan J. Miracle

Meaghan J. Miracle is a skilled lawyer with experience in estate planning, probate, asset protection, and related legal matters. She has shared her knowledge through talks and writing. Her work reflects strong preparation, clear service, and a steady focus on helping clients understand important legal choices with care and confidence.

Meaghan earned a B.A. in Political Science from Taylor University in 2007, graduating Cum Laude. She later earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2013, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her education built a strong base for her legal career and service.

Meaghan received several honors during law school. She was a member of the National Trial Team, an editor of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy, and president of the Criminal Law Society and the Christian Legal Society. She also earned the exceptional Pro Bono Service Honors Certificate.

Meaghan regularly speaks on estate planning and related topics. Her presentations have covered asset protection planning, Michigan’s New Domestic Asset Protection Trusts, Estate Planning and Medicaid Considerations, and Estate Planning for Uncertain Times. She also wrote about providing excellent service to every client for @LAW, the NALS magazine.

Meaghan is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Probate & Estate Planning Section, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and the West Michigan Estate Planning Council. She is also admitted to the Virginia State Bar and received ICLE’s Probate & Estate Planning Certificate.

Meaghan J. Miracle has also served the legal and local community through professional and board roles. She has been a board member of The Well GR, Inc. and Byron Community Ministries, volunteered with the Legal Aid Clinic at Mel Trotter Ministries, and served as a former adjunct professor at Grand Valley State University.
