Matthew C. Andrew

Matthew C. Andrew is a dedicated personal injury lawyer who has been a member of the Idaho Bar since 2007. Since 2013, he has focused on representing seriously injured clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. He has tried multiple cases to verdict before the Idaho District Courts and the Idaho Industrial Commission. He has also practiced in Idaho state and federal courts and argued before the Idaho Supreme Court. His work at Andrew Injury Law, PC, centers on helping injured people secure fair compensation through strong litigation and skilled advocacy with personal injury and workers’ compensation law.

Matthew earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law. He later completed his M.B.A. from Northwest Nazarene University. He holds a B.S. in Business Finance from Brigham Young University – Idaho and an A.S. in Communications from Ricks College. During law school, he gained early trial experience through the Creighton Law School Legal Clinic, where he tried cases and prepared appeals. He was also active in mock trial and negotiation programs, which helped build a strong foundation in courtroom strategy.

Matthew served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps before returning to civilian practice. He received legal training at the Naval Justice School and served as a trial counsel. He prosecuted serious criminal matters and handled complex military legal issues, including court-martial proceedings. He also advised military leadership during combat operations overseas. This experience strengthened his courtroom presence and sharpened his ability to manage high-stakes cases under pressure.
