Matt Brinner

Matt Brinner is a member whose practice focuses on real estate, business transactions, leasing, secured lending, and commercial property tax appeals. Matt earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration-Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee in 2001. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Memphis in 2005. His education supports his work in business, finance, lending, and real estate matters.

Matt is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi. His work includes business formation, entity structuring, secured lending, foreclosures, real estate acquisitions, developments, condominium conversions, and commercial leasing. He also helps clients with asset and stock-based acquisitions and dispositions involving many types of business transactions.

Matt has represented real estate investment entities, private equity firms, landlords, tenants, businesses, lenders, borrowers, and property owners. His matters include lease preparation, purchase agreements, property acquisitions, financing, franchise agreements, business purchases, SBA loans, secured lending transactions, and large-scale mixed-use development projects.
