Martin earned his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1975, graduating cum laude. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1978, building the legal foundation for a long career dedicated to advocacy, litigation, and plaintiff-focused representation.
