Over his distinguished career, he has represented global financial institutions, corporations, and investors in complex commercial and securities litigation, class actions, and bankruptcy-related disputes. Marshall earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors in Economics from Princeton University in 1988, followed by his Juris Doctor cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1991.
