Mark H. Middlen

Mark H. Middlen is a partner at Willinger, Willinger & Bucci, PLLC and leads the firm’s family law group. With more than 30 years of courtroom experience, he represents clients in divorce and family law matters, personal injury claims, criminal defense cases, and municipal real estate tax appeals. Middlen handles contested disputes through negotiation, settlement, and trial while helping clients understand their options and protect their legal and financial interests.

Middlen earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law in 1994 and currently serves on the law school’s Alumni Association Board of Directors. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Fitchburg State University in 1991. His academic training and extensive litigation background provide a strong foundation for evaluating evidence, preparing cases, developing practical strategies, and guiding clients through difficult legal proceedings.

His experience includes handling highly contested divorce and family law cases that require careful attention to financial, parental, and personal concerns. He also advocates for individuals pursuing personal injury claims, defends clients facing criminal charges, and represents property owners in municipal real estate tax appeals. Middlen is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Mark H. Middlen is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Fairfield County Bar Association, and Greater Bridgeport Bar Association. He is also active in the Norwalk Rotary Club, the Stamford chapter of Business Networking International, and the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce.
