Mark H. Bains

Mark H. Bains is a seasoned attorney and partner. He specializes in real estate law and litigation. His practice covers a wide range of real estate issues. These include acquisitions, zoning, leasing, and land use disputes. Mark also provides expert advice on construction law. He represents contractors in contract talks, mechanic’s lien prep, and defect claims.

Mark’s legal career is built on a strong academic foundation. He earned, cum laude, a Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College. There, he won the Presidential Scholarship and the Irwin-Garrard Award. He then graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. This further solidified his expertise.
