Mark E. Berglund

Mark E. Berglund is a Minnesota attorney and partner at Berglund, Baumgartner & Glaser, LLC, whose practice includes real estate law, corporate law, criminal law, and personal injury law. He has tried numerous criminal and civil cases before juries and judges. His litigation experience includes drafting and arguing criminal and civil motions. Mark earned his B.A. in Political Science from Saint John’s University. He later attended the University of Minnesota Law School, completing his legal studies there. Mark has represented hundreds of clients in criminal and civil matters. His background includes criminal defense and prosecution, giving him experience on different sides of criminal proceedings. He served as a prosecutor for the City of Blaine from 2015 through 2019. He currently prosecutes for the City of Anoka and Linwood. He has served as an investigator for the 21st District Ethics Committee for more than eight years. He served as president of the Anoka County Bar Association from 2018 through 2019.
