Mark earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Oklahoma in May 1997, graduating with honors. He then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law from August 1997 to May 2000, where he received a strong legal education and gained valuable hands-on training.
In 2000, Mark passed the bar and began practicing law. He later gained licenses in Texas and Oklahoma. His practice covers general civil litigation, construction disputes, real estate issues, environmental claims, contract disputes, collections, and complex personal injury cases across multiple courts in the region.
Mark has handled claims against local, state, and U.S. governments under key statutes, including the Federal Tort Claims Act and Colorado’s Governmental Immunity Act.
