Marjorie Heinrich

Marjorie Heinrich is a dedicated personal injury attorney with decades of experience helping seriously injured people. She began her career defending insurance companies, where she learned how major cases are won. Today, she uses that insight to fight for her clients and secure strong results.

Marjorie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1983 from the University of California at Berkeley. She later received her JD degree in 1986 from Golden Gate University School of Law. She has been licensed to practice law in California since 1986 and holds multiple federal court admissions.

Marjorie has over 30 years of legal experience, including trials, mediations, and settlements. She founded Heinrich Law in 2015 with her team, achieving over $50 million for clients. Before that, she worked as a managing trial attorney and spent twenty years in insurance and corporate defense.

Marjorie has received many honors, including Northern California Super Lawyer from 2016 through 2026. She was named Defense Attorney of the Year in 2007 by the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. She has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys in America.
