Marie-Yves Nadine Jean-Baptiste is an attorney focused on estates, trusts, and taxation, offering clear guidance in planning, probate, and related legal matters. Marie-Yves earned a B.A. from Saint Francis College. She later obtained a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, followed by an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and an Estate Planning Certificate from the University of Baltimore School of Law to deepen her legal knowledge.
Marie-Yves is licensed to practice in Maryland State and Federal Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Her legal work includes estate planning, probate administration, and resolving tax disputes, where she develops practical solutions tailored to each client’s financial and legal goals.
Marie-Yves has significant experience assisting individuals and families through complex legal challenges. She is especially dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, helping them address unique concerns in family law and estate planning with thoughtful strategies and careful legal planning that reflects their personal needs.
Marie-Yves remains active in professional and community organizations. She serves in leadership roles and contributes to legal education as an adjunct professor.
