Marian V. Ratton brings more than three decades of combined experience in healthcare and law to her clients. As both an attorney and a nurse, she focuses her legal practice on family law, medical malpractice, and professional licensing matters. Marian began her education at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She later attended Detroit College of Law in Detroit, Michigan, earning her Juris Doctor. Her strong academic foundation laid the groundwork for a career that bridges both the medical and legal professions with excellence.

Marian launched her legal career defending hospitals and healthcare professionals at a major Detroit law firm. Before and after this, she served as an ICU and Cardiac Cath Lab nurse in Detroit. Her nursing experience gave her firsthand insight into the healthcare system, an asset she continues to use while representing clients in professional licensing and medical cases.

Marian has held a Bar admission in Michigan since 1988 and remains active in several professional organizations.
