Maria “Gabby” Antoniolli is a skilled attorney who focuses her practice on family law and criminal defense matters. She serves as 1st Vice President and is known for her strong courtroom presence. She provides clear guidance to clients while working toward effective and practical legal solutions.
Gabby earned her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, trial advocacy, and dispute resolution, which she applies in her daily practice.
Gabby began her legal career with the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she worked in several divisions and gained broad trial experience. She handled traffic and misdemeanor cases, including DUIs, domestic batteries, and orders of protection, building strong skills in courtroom advocacy and case preparation.
Gabby was later promoted to the Felony Juvenile Division, where she managed hundreds of cases involving minors from intake through disposition. During this time, she worked closely with DCFS and developed a strong understanding of cases involving abused, neglected, and dependent minors within the juvenile court system.
Gabby also served in the Felony Trial Division, handling serious felony cases such as aggravated DUIs, burglaries, drug offenses, aggravated batteries, and gun charges. This experience strengthened her ability to handle complex matters and prepared her for her transition into private practice with confidence.
Since entering private practice, Gabby has focused on family law matters, including child custody, support, alimony, relocation, and orders of protection. She also handles adoptions, DCFS appeals, and abuse and neglect proceedings, while serving as a certified Guardian ad Litem in both family and juvenile cases.
