Margaret Wilson

Margaret Wilson is a Senior U.S. Attorney and Partner at Pilkington Immigration Law Firm Inc., which serves clients through its Wilmington, Delaware office and other locations. She practices general U.S. immigration law with a concentration in inadmissibility issues, family immigration, and employment immigration along the Northern Border. Wilson helps individuals, families, and businesses address immigration questions involving eligibility, documentation, visa strategy, and long-term immigration planning.

Wilson earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 2015, graduating with highest honors. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts from Oral Roberts University in 2008.
