Marc completed his Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from National University in 1991. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 2001. During his studies, he served as Vice-President of the Student Bar Association and contributed to the Temple Civil and Political Law Review as well.
Marc draws on experience from handling thousands of criminal matters, guiding clients from the investigative stage through trial and appeal. His work has earned respect from prosecutors and judges because he analyzes each file carefully, identifies weaknesses in the government’s case, and develops strategies that safeguard protections at every step.
Marc represents people facing a wide range of charges, from lower-level offenses to serious felonies, ensuring they understand every stage of the process. He communicates plainly, prepares thoroughly, and works to resolve cases through negotiation when appropriate, while remaining fully prepared to argue forcefully in court when litigation becomes necessary.
Marc previously practiced in complex civil litigation, including securities matters, stockbroker claims, class actions, and commercial disputes. His background as a CPA provided valuable insight into financial records and industry practices, enabling him to evaluate documentation and explain key points clearly to clients confronting issues involving financial and legal considerations.
Marc is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. These admissions enable representation across forums when cases extend beyond legal boundaries and limits.
