Marc completed his Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from National University in 1991. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 2001. During his studies, he served as Vice-President of the Student Bar Association and contributed to the Temple Civil and Political Law Review as well.
