Marc J. Mandich

Marc J. Mandich is a partner with Southern Med Law who represents clients in complex medical negligence, product liability, mass tort, and appellate litigation. He joined the firm in 2019 and has more than a decade of experience handling significant civil matters across the country. Mandich’s practice includes high-stakes claims that require detailed factual development, expert analysis, motion practice, and appellate strategy, often involving medical, scientific, or large-scale product issues.

Mandich earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2013. In law school, he participated in national moot court competition, earned recognition for brief writing, and was named a Crowe Scholar and a member of the Order of Barristers. His finance and legal training support careful analysis of complex records, damages, and litigation strategy.

Mandich has handled matters involving medical negligence, products liability, mass torts, maritime issues, insurance disputes, reputational torts, and appeals. He has argued before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, and Ninth Circuits. His current work also includes plaintiffs’ leadership responsibilities in litigation involving allegations of adolescent social media addiction against major technology companies, requiring coordination across complex, multi-party proceedings and substantial factual and legal records.
