Madana M. Hermiz

Madana M. Hermiz is the founder and managing attorney of Hermiz Law in Troy, Michigan. Her primary practice focuses on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, and property division. She also has experience in criminal defense, business matters, and real estate law. She represents clients involved in high-conflict domestic cases where financial interests and parenting arrangements require close attention to evidence and court procedure.

Madana earned a B.A. cum laude from Oakland University and graduated cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During law school, she was on the dean’s list and selected for the Society of Advocates team. Her practical legal training included work with a public defender, a prosecutor’s office, an appellate defense office, and a juvenile justice clinic, which developed her litigation background.
