Lulu Tseng is the Managing Attorney at Modern Family Law’s Oakland office, where she represents clients in divorce, custody, child support, and related family law matters. Known for her empathy and advocacy, she approaches every case with compassion and patience, ensuring her clients feel supported during some of life’s most difficult transitions.
Lulu earned her Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of California, Riverside, where she examined the impact of international relations and industries on everyday life. She went on to complete her Juris Doctor at Golden Gate University School of Law, where she honed her litigation skills and developed into a tactical advocate prepared to represent clients in complex family law disputes.
Throughout her career, Lulu has consistently demonstrated a commitment to serving underrepresented communities. She has been a dedicated advocate for survivors of interpersonal violence and is an authorized domestic violence counselor. Her work reflects her conviction that people deserve strong advocates who will amplify their voices and protect their rights, both inside and outside the courtroom.
In addition to her legal practice, Lulu is actively involved in her community. She serves as a mentor for high school students through Oakland Promise, helping young people build confidence and pursue future opportunities. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, sports, spending time outdoors, and exploring new cuisines when traveling.
With a combination of legal skill, compassion, and strategic thinking, Lulu Tseng provides her clients with trusted guidance and strong advocacy. She is dedicated to helping families move forward with stability, confidence, and hope for the future.
