Luke began his professional career working in public service, first as Regional Director in Northern Idaho for the Office of the Governor under Jim Risch. He then served as Executive Director of the Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency, gaining deep insight into local government and public development initiatives.

Luke gained courtroom and litigation experience as a deputy prosecutor for Kootenai County. He then served as corporate counsel for Heritage Health, where he supported one of the region’s leading healthcare providers. From 2012 to 2018, he also represented North Idaho’s District 4 in the Idaho Legislature, reinforcing his commitment to public service and legal excellence.

Luke continues to serve clients by helping them solve legal challenges across contract law, real estate transactions, corporate litigation, and healthcare law.
