Louis M. Phillips is a highly respected attorney specializing in bankruptcy law and business litigation. Licensed in Louisiana since 1980, he is a partner at Kelly Hart & Pitre LLP and leads the firm’s Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization practice. His legal expertise covers a wide range of services.
