Louis M. Phillips

Louis M. Phillips is a highly respected attorney specializing in bankruptcy law and business litigation. Licensed in Louisiana since 1980, he is a partner at Kelly Hart & Pitre LLP and leads the firm’s Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization practice. His legal expertise covers a wide range of services. They include representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in complex bankruptcy cases, restructuring, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Phillips earned his Juris Doctor in 1980 from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He had a BA from Rhodes College, which he completed in 1976.
