Lorraine Nadel is the founding partner of Nadel & Ciarlo, P.C., and a highly skilled attorney specializing in real estate, business, and commercial litigation. Lorraine earned her B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration from Boston University in 1983 and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1989, where she was Articles Editor of the Cardozo International Law Journal. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 1989 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Lorraine’s practice focuses on real estate and business disputes, including title and ownership conflicts, LLC member disputes, contract defaults, co-op and condo board litigation, leasing and foreclosure, and landlord/tenant litigation. She has successfully represented clients in high-stakes cases involving construction defects, common charge and maintenance defaults, and regulatory matters.
