Loren Dickstein

Loren Dickstein is a partner and seasoned criminal defense attorney who represents clients in complex felony and misdemeanor matters in both state and federal courts. He is known for his strategic advocacy, trial skills, and commitment to defending individuals who are falsely accused or treated unfairly by the justice system.

Loren earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Prior to entering private practice, he worked as a judicial and legal research clerk for multiple circuit court judges, gaining valuable insight into court procedures and judicial decision-making.

Loren is admitted to practice in all Michigan state district, circuit, and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He has handled major felony cases in courts across the United States and frequently serves as lead trial counsel.

Loren’s practice focuses on high-stakes criminal defense, including serious felony charges, white collar crimes, and DUI-related offenses.
